'Buds' tops Czech Lions film honours

PRAGUE -- Debut helmer Zdenek Jirasky's "Flower Buds" won best picture, director, actor for Vladimir Javorsky and cinematography in the Czech Republic's Czech Lions film honours in Prague on Saturday.
